CONFIRMATION POLICY

SMS reminders are sent to your mobile to confirm your booking 3 days before your scheduled appointment.
We ask you to please confirm you will be attending with a Y.

ARRIVAL & CONSULTATION FORMS

On your first visit please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in and unwind. This allows us to welcome you to our clinic and obtain required information. All information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party. Late arrivals will require all treatments to either be cut short of scheduled time or in some cases we may have to reschedule.

PARKING

Clients have access to free 2 hour timed parking in-front of the clinic.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We do not refund products due to a change of mind or products that have been used or opened. We will only provide a refund in the event of an allergic reaction to a product with photos provided. We will require you to fill out paperwork so we can send back to the skincare company.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Purchase is available in store or e-vouchers online at www.natspa.com.au

Vouchers are redeemable for any treatment and valid for 3 years from date of purchase. Our vouchers are transferable but non-refundable and may be used on  treatments and product purchases, (not available for online purchases at www.natspa.com.au or our sister company www.melbournewellnessco.com.au). Unfortunately gift certificates cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

Please note that the clinic is open by appointment only. Opening hours may change seasonally. All pricing is accurate at time of publishing and opening hours, treatments and prices are subject to change without notice.
