BOOKING POLICY

We have a policy that we believe is fair to our business, our therapists, and our clients.

No shows and last minute cancellations can be extremely detrimental to our small business, and we want to ensure that everyone has a positive experience with us.

We understand that sometimes things come up, so we kindly request 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

However, if you do not provide us with 24 hours notice or do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee payable at your next appointment to compensate for our loss of time.

If you are using a Natspa Certificate, your certificate in void if do not provide sufficient notice to cancel or no show your appointment.

We believe that it is fair to all parties involved and helps us maintain our small business.
